1. When your goal is to burn excess body fat, simply rest for only 20 seconds in
between sets. This will keep your heart rate elevated the majority of the time.
2. Blood sugar and insulin response is key when trying to gain muscle or decrease body
fat. So you want to eat every couple hours in order to keep your blood sugar
stabilized. If you eat only a couple of times throughout the day, your blood sugars
will be up and down, which leads to non-consistent insulin levels, which leads to
excess body fat storage.

Tone Up = 12-15 reps
Increase size = 8-10 reps
Increase strength = 1-6 reps
